Chef's Knife RICARDO

This knife is created with a unique curve for each blade to maximize cutting actio. The handle and blade are designed to provide maximum comfort during everyday use.

Made of German MoV stainless steel, the blades are laser tested, hardened and tempered for excellent edge retention.

The handle is made of brown Pakkawood and is riveted onto the full tang of the blade for strenght and durability.

Finally, all joints and surfaces are carefully hand finished to prevent any risk of food particles becoming trapped in the gaps.
